IPSWICH, 24 Jul 2025 – Officeworks has confirmed a 77,080 m2 omnichannel distribution centre for Goodman’s 149 hectare Redbank Motorway Estate, instantly making it the estate’s largest shed and the biggest warehouse the retailer has ever built.

The project, unveiled on site alongside Ipswich Mayor Teresa Harding, will push the precinct’s built and committed floor space from 350,000 m2 to 427,080 m2, eclipse Coles’ 66,000 m2 automated DC next door and lifts Officeworks’ national warehousing footprint from 117,000 m2 to 147,080 m2.. Ground works are well under way for a mid‑2026 hand‑over.
